These Terms of Service govern your use of seoboost-agency.com and any services purchased from SEOBoost. This is placeholder legal content for a demo project and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before real-world use.

Services

SEOBoost provides SEO consulting and execution services as described on our Services and Pricing pages. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are confirmed in writing before any paid engagement begins.

Payment terms

Plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no long-term contract; either party may cancel with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Setup work already performed is non-refundable.

No ranking guarantees

SEO results depend on factors outside any agency's direct control, including search engine algorithm changes. SEOBoost does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Our 90-day milestone guarantee (see Pricing FAQ) applies only to mutually agreed milestones documented in your service agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to website backends, analytics platforms, and content approvals needed to execute agreed-upon work. Delays in access may affect delivery timelines.

Intellectual property

Content, audits, and strategy documents created for a client become the client's property upon full payment. SEOBoost retains the right to reference completed work in anonymized case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

SEOBoost's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
